Dividend Policy
Chinese Gamer’s profits may be distributed by way of cash dividend and/or stock dividend. Because our company is the fund-intensive industry, the preferred method of distributing profits is by way of cash dividend. But we still can distribute stock dividend. Under Chinese Gamer’s articles of incorporation, stock dividend shall not exceed 50 percent of the total dividend distribution in any given fiscal year. In addition, According to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, Chinese Gamer shall allocate no more than 2 percent of income available for distribution (income after a required deduction for prior years’ losses and contributions to legal and special reserves) as a bonus to directors and supervisors, and distribute 5~15 percent as a profit-sharing bonus to employees.
